Pollarding

Pollarding(not to be confused with topping) is a form of tree pruning that involves the initial heavy pruning of selected scaffold branches which are then re-pruned to the same point on a regular cycle usually every 3-5 years.Pollarding is often used to keep large growing tree's to a managable size and if done correctly will result in a unique, long lived and healthy tree.

Site Clearance

Site Clearance is normally carried out to make way for new developments and can involve Tree Felling and Stump Grinding to provide a good grounding for building on.
